Are you a spouse or family member of a service member or veteran who participated in the trial? Are you in possession of the Informed Consent Form?
The trial was conducted at 22 military facilities, including Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Benning Martin Army Community Hospital, Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Tripler Army Medical Center, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, Womack Army Medical Center, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Brooke Army Medical Center, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Madigan Army Medical Center, and others abroad.
Additionally, if you are an individual, or the spouse or family member of an individual, who participated in any of the four National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) trials, including NCT04280705 [ACTT-1], NCT04401579 [ACTT-2], NCT04492475 [ACTT-3], and NCT04640168 [ACTT-4], do not hesitate to reach out. There are similar concerns to be addressed.
Even if you, or your spouse or family member, did not participate in any of the above trials, but were treated with remdesivir between 2020 and 2021, particularly, Phelps still wants to hear from you if you have an informed consent form with signatures.
