Step 1: Read the Letter to Rep. Banks office.

Here is a sample script to use:
“Hi, my name is [your name]. I [am or am not] a constituent of Indiana, but I am calling to ask Rep. Jim Banks, Chairman of the HASC Military Personnel Subcommittee, to answer the questions sent to him on the morning of October 21 by J.M. Phelps. It is imperative to me that we address the abusive discharges taking place in our military and do everything we can to take care of those who have served our country.”
